Making changes to your activity

Things can happen unexpectedly that mean that you might need to make changes to your activity or change how you use your grant funds.

You must always contact Arts Tasmania to discuss any changes before they occur and cannot make changes until you have received written approval from Arts Tasmania.

Acquitting your grant

Every artist or organisation that receives funding from Arts Tasmania must complete an acquittal report within three months of the supported activity ending.

If your acquittal report shows significant unapproved changes, it may not be accepted by Arts Tasmania. In such cases you may be required to return grant funds.

If you have an overdue or incomplete acquittal you will not be able to receive further funding or support from Arts Tasmania.

You can log in to SmartyGrants and complete your acquittal here:

If you applied prior to 2018 and did not use SmartyGrants, please contact Arts Tasmania on 03 6165 6666 or grants@arts.tas.gov.au to discuss your acquittal.
