Tasmanian artists featured in national printmaking magazine

A grant from the 2008 Arts Tasmania Assistance to Organisations program has supported the Print Council of Australia to profile a number of Tasmanian artists in its magazine IMPRINT.

The March issue of IMPRINT Vol.43 No.1 includes features on Tasmanian artists Madeleine Goodwolf, Nicolas Goodwolf and Katy Woodroffe. The articles were researched by Tasmanian writers Briony Downes, Jonathan Holmes and Jane Deeth.

The interviews focus on each artist's approach to his or her work and gives insight into the wonderful intricacies of working with paper.

The Print Council of Australia is a not for profit visual arts organisation that promotes all forms of contemporary print through exhibitions, publications and commissioned editions. IMPRINT is distributed Australia wide and overseas, and will offer the featured artists national and international exposure in a well recognised arts publication.
