Application checklist

Use this list as a guide for completing your Arts Tasmania grant or loan application.

1. Read the Arts Tasmania and arts@work's Resources 2013 handbook.
2. Make sure that you have the relevant application tool kit
3. Confirm that you and/or your project is eligible for funding
4. Read the terms of grant/loan in the application tool kit
5. Start developing your project idea
6. Contact an Arts Tasmania Program Officer (6237 6323) or arts.tasmania@arts.tas.gov.au)
7. Write your application, using the application tool kit as a guide
8. Prepare a budget. A template is available in the application tool kit
9. Select artistic support material and gather supporting documentation as described in the application tool kit
10. Review your application (Program Officers are able to assist with this step)
11. Submit your application. Check the application tool kit for submission guidelines and deadlines.


For successful applicants

1. Check for any conditions on your grant
2. Return your signed grant deed
3. Return the electronic funds transfer form
4. Submit an invoice for 90 per cent the grant amount (plus GST if registered)
5. Commence your project
6. Acquit your project and submit an invoice for the remaining 10 per cent of the grant amount (plus GST if registered)
